 Student Leadership Basic Training 

‘Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa’ (LDKS) or ‘Student Leadership Basic Training’ is one of the program activities that was held by our school, SMAN 3 Bandung, is an activity program organized by our school, which is carried out by all grade 10 students. This activity was held to train students to become a good leaders for others and especially for themselves. In this activity the students have to stay overnight at a military training center called Pusdikajen. There, the students will be trained by soldiers. This activity is mandatory for all of the students. Because from this activity students will learn many useful lessons for their future. 

Students are trained to be decipline. Every students have to wake up early in the morning, eat swiftly and move faster to save the time. With that, students will get used to be on time than being late.

Beside that students are also trained to respect others. When someone is speaking in front, students must sit properly and listen.  Also, the students should finished their food to respect the chefs who cooks.

Apart from respecting others students are also trained to care for each other and helps each other.

As one of the students who participate in this activity, i felt a great change ini me. This activity will bring me unforgettable experiences and will be really beneficial in my future.
